Orders and payments
Orders are considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment. We accept major electronic payment methods. In case a product is unavailable, we will contact you promptly.
Shipping
We ship to Italy and Europe. Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the destination and the courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control.
Returns and Refunds
You have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the Italian Consumer Code. The product must be returned intact and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless otherwise agreed.
