What kind of olive oil do you produce?

We produce an exceptional Extra Virgin Olive Oil, born from a refined, artisanal blend that marries the bold, polyphenol-rich intensity of the Coratina cultivar with the velvety sweetness of the Leccino cultivar.
Every single bottle is the result of a strict cold-extraction process, preserving the pure authenticity and rich sensory qualities of our 100% Apulian olives.

Why does Olio DeNì give a "peppery kick"? Is that normal?

Yes, it is absolutely normal! That pleasant tingle is the ultimate sign of high quality and freshness. It shows the oil is packed with polyphenols—powerful, natural antioxidants that make our oil exceptionally vibrant and healthy.

What is the difference between your tin and the glass bottle?

The quality of the olive oil is exactly the same. The tin is ideal if you're looking for maximum protection against light and heat for long-term storage; the glass bottle is perfect for an elegant table presentation.

How are orders shipped?

Orders are shipped via express courier throughout Italy and Europe. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is handed over to the courier.

What are the delivery times?

Deliveries within Italy generally take 2 to 4 business days. For shipping across Europe, delivery times usually range between 4 and 7 business days.

Can I return a product?

Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Please consult our Terms of Service page for full details.

How should I store extra virgin olive oil?

Extra virgin olive oil should be stored away from light and heat, ideally at a room temperature between 14°C and 18°C. Once the bottle is opened, we recommend enjoying it within 3 to 4 months to fully appreciate its optimal flavor profile.
